Floodplain Permit Committee

The Floodplain Permit Committee reviews applications and issues permits for man-made changes to improved or unimproved real estate, including buildings and other structures, mining, dredging, filling, grading, paving, excavation, drilling, or storage of equipment or materials within the floodplain.

They meet as needed on the 1st Monday and 3rd Tuesday in January and the 1st and 3rd Monday in all remaining months at 3:30 p.m., at 225 N. Webster Ave, Development Center Conference Room unless otherwise stated on agenda. (3-year term)
